Enterprise Standards Evaluation and certification
This application can be used by any agencies which are affiliated to ISO Certification Bodies.
ESEC (Enterprise Standards Evaluation and certification) is a project designed to automate the work process (from client making an enquiry to maintaining ISO 9000 certificate information) in a ISO 9000 certificate issuing agency. The certificate issuing agency must be able to manage clientâ„¢s information through enquiry, quotation, audits, and certificates issued and ESEC managers must also be able to maintain other supporting data (e.g. ESEC users).This is an Intranet/ Internet Project developed for the Quality Assessors India Pvt. Ltd. This organization is involved in auditing Organizations going in for ISO certifications. The project keeps track of various activities, like the auditors associated, their affiliations, organizational data, certification information, and surveillance information. Various reports are generated monthly/yearly wise, auditor wise, organization wise, surveillance wise, Quotation wise etc.
The entire project is divided into six main modules. They are as follows
